Research Field

Job title and Job description

Part-time (Research assistance, Research support), one person
Task content: Measurement of physical properties of organic materials, and preparation and evaluation of organic thin-film solar cells.

Qualification

The applicant should hold a bachelors level or higher degree.
Having knowledge in chemistry is preferred.
The applicant should have a visa which is valid for the contract period.

Salary and benefits

Hourly wage: 940JPN~1500JPN (Hourly wages will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.)
Commuting allowance: provided (within a pre-determined range.)
Term of contract: Annual contract,Initial term of contract shall be until March 31, 2018
Working hours: within 26 hours/week with daily working hours between 9:00 to 16:50 (Working hours are negotiable. However, daily working hours cannot be shifted for different days.)
Holidays: Saturday and Sundays, Japanese National Holidays, Year-end and New Year (Dec. 29 - Jan 3), and RIKEN Foundation Day (4th Monday in October).
Others: Worker's accident compensation insurance applies. No health insurance. Unemployment insurance applies only when the employee works more than 20 hours/week and is employed for more than 31 days (not applicable to students.) Other provisions are in accordance with RIKEN regulations.
