Yokohama Institute
RIKEN Yokohama Institute focuses on life science research from the perspectives of "omic space", from the molecular level through to the whole organism, through its leading centers: the Plant Science Center (PSC), the Center for Genomic Medicine (CGM), the Research Center for Allergy and Immunology (RCAI), the Omics Science Center (OSC), the Systems and Structural Biology Center (SSBC), the Bioinformatics And Systems Engineering division (BASE), and the Center of Research Network for Infectious Diseases (CRNID). In addition to the academic significance of our research efforts, we fully expect to contribute to the human welfare in areas such as drug discovery and personalized medicine as wll as to translational research in the field of agricultural technologies.   Tomoya OGAWA
