Bリンパ球は抗原刺激やT細胞との相互作用により活性化され、胚中心での抗体遺伝子の体細胞変異やクラススイッチを経て、最終的に抗体産生細胞や記憶B細胞へと分化します。この終末分化の分子機構の解明は、高親和性抗体の産生機序のみならず、遺伝子変異や組み換えのメカニズムの解明にもつながります。当研究室では、胚中心B細胞における体細胞変異の分子機構並びにBリンパ球の活性化・分化の制御機構について、遺伝子改変マウスを用いて解析を進めています。
