Social and labor insurance

There are five types of insurance, and all are subject to mandatory enrollment as a RIKEN employee.

Worker's Accident Compensation Insurance Work-related (or commute) illness, injury, disability, death Government RIKEN In principle, the costs are covered entirely by the insurance in principle.
Employment Insurance Unemployment, childcare leave, nursing-care leave, promotion of workers' social rehabilitation Government Employee & RIKEN
