Yoshimi  Benno(D.V.M., Ph.D.)

Seventy percentages of the human gut bacteria is uncultured. By using new culture method devised, some uncultured isolates are performed the microbial systematic classification. Then, new investigated kits of the human gut bacteria are developed. Effects of functional food, probiotics and prebiotics on human gut bacteria are demonstrated by using the new investigated kits.
