Osamu  Ohara(Ph.D.)

A mission of our research group is to develop and operate pipelines in biomarker exploration based on advanced genomics technologies, which shows remarkable progress in recent years. The target biomarkers cover various biomolecules such as protein, RNA and DNA, and we design and manage the measurement pipelines from single-cell resolution to the organ/tissue hierarchy with an expected comprehensiveness, depending on purpose of each project. In addition, the evaluation of reproducibility of these measurements and the quality control are also our important missions. We will conduct research and development with the view of not only data measurement but also primary data analysis.
