Tatsuhiko  Tsunoda(Ph.D.)

In the health and medical field, various large data, such as clinical and diagnostic data from electronic medical records, comprehensive molecular data (omic data), and life-long data, are accumulated. In order to elucidate the pathophysiological mechanism, predict treatment effect, or to promote health by prevention using this data, we need strong R & D and information infrastructures to accelerate data-driven research in health care and medicine. Our laboratory is conducting research aiming at integrating these various data and developing innovative diagnostic methods and therapies in collaboration with multiple medical institutions for precision medicine.
