Our laboratory conducts research with the goal of establishing a mathematical foundation for understanding and predicting disease and life phenomena by utilizing comprehensive measurement data centering on Omics data. The life system maintains dynamic homeostasis while always changing the state. It is the theoretical foundation for individual predictive medicine to clarify the order and rules that hide in the state transition process of the life system. Our laboratory flexibly applies various mathematical sciences such as machine learning, network and statistics to health and medical data, aims at understanding and predicting disease and life phenomena, and realizing individual predictive medicine.
