Venue
The workshop will be held at Okochi Hall in RIKEN Wako campus (Building No. 9 in campus map).
On 10 Sep, the registration desk will be open at Room 331 in the Main Research Building (Building No. 1), 3rd floor. To enter the Main Research Building, please apply for a One-Day Entry Permit at the guard station (see campus map) located by the entrance gates. On 11 Sep and later, the registration can be done at Okochi Hall.
Access
RIKEN Wako campus is 15-20 minutes walk from Wako-shi station, which can be reached in 15 minutes by train from Ikebukuro, one of the major metropolitan sub-centers in Tokyo. For more information, please see RIKEN site.
Hotel
Single-rooms are set aside for participants from Switzerland at Toyoko Inn Wako-shi Ekimae, which is located near Wako-shi station.
