QS2C sub-project member, Dr. Tatsuo Hasegawa (Deputy Director of Flexible Organic Semiconductor Team, Flexible Electronics Research Center (FLEC), National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST)) group developed Manufacturing technology of organic semiconductor single crystal thin film by new inkjet printing.
