Manufacturing technology of organic semiconductor single crystal thin film
by new inkjet printing.

The research group of Dr. Tatsuo Hasegawa, (QS
2C sub project member, Deputy Director of Flexible Organic Semiconductor Team, Flexible Electronics Research Center (FLEC), National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST)) developed manufacturing technology of organic semiconductor single crystal thin film by new inkjet printing.
