RIKEN Center for Quantum Computing Superconducting Quantum Simulation Research Team

Team Director: Jaw-Shen Tsai (Ph.D.)

Research Summary

Jaw-Shen Tsai(Ph.D.)

Superconducting qubit possesses high degree of freedoms in the circuit design and ability to local control as well as readout quantum states. Utilizing these properties, the development of small scale quantum analog simulator that aiming for the simulations of macroscopic material properties is targeted. Study of non-equilibrium quantum dynamics in these circuits is also planned.
