Invited Senior Scientist Yutaka Arimoto presented with a 9th Industry-Academia-Government Collaboration Contribution Award
RIKEN Invited Senior Scientist Yutaka Arimoto, head of the Arimoto Laboratory in the Innovation Center of the RIKEN Research Cluster for Innovation, was recently presented with the SCJ President Award, one of the 9th Industry-Academia-Government Collaboration Contribution Awards, for his work on "EdibleSaFE Pesticide". He shares the award with Dr. Tetsuya Imai, Director of the Naruto Research Center and Executive Officer of Otsuka AgriTechno Co., Ltd., and Mr. Takayuki Kashima of the Central Research Institute Bioscience Research Laboratory, Insecticide Group, Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha, Ltd.
A presentation ceremony was held in Tokyo on September 22.
