French Minister of Higher Education and Research visits Yokohama Campus

On May 11, 2023, a delegation led by French Minister of Higher Education and Research Sylvie Retailleau visited the RIKEN Center for Integrative Medical Science (IMS) and the RIKEN Center for Biosystems Dynamics Research (BDR) on the RIKEN Yokohama Campus.

Following an initial discussion with Executive Director Naka, the delegation was given an introduction to the activities of Yokohama campus by Campus Director Suehiro Minemasa, and to RIKEN IMS by Center Director Yamamoto Kazuhiko. Following the presentations, the delegation was taken on a tour of the IMS genomics facility and BDR’s super-compact NMR machine.
