RIKEN Center for Computational Science HPC- and AI-driven Drug Development Platform Division
Director: Yasushi Okuno (Ph.D.)
Research Summary

Life science in the future cannot be fully advanced by practicing data science, simulation science, and experimental science independent of each other. Deep integration of these fields is essential in order to discover unexplored biological phenomena. This Division aims to develop novel methodologies to integrate AI, molecular simulation, and experimental sciences and establish an integrated platform for HPC- and AI-driven drug development. In doing so, we will explore the frontier of life science, drug development, and healthcare.
