RIKEN SPring-8 Center Instrumentation Team
Team Leader: Sono Sasaki (D.Sc.)
Research Summary
The research goal of this team is to apply measurement techniques developed for experiments using synchrotron radiation to laboratory-scale ones in materials science. In order to connect experimental data measured at SPring-8 by a developing two-dimensional detector or special diffractometers to one measured at ordinal small laboratories by commercially-available instruments, information collection has been done on the possibility of unified operability of measuring instruments designed for experiments at both the synchrotron facility and the small laboratory this year.
Research Subjects
- Development of new experimental equipments providing technical seamless between utilization of synchrotron and labo-scale X-ray sources
