    Water: Flat charge of JPY 1,180 per month or JPY 40 per day

    Free to make emergency calls [Police and Fire department (Ambulance)] and to access all RIKEN extensions. The room phones can also receive all incoming calls at no charge.
    Regular outgoing calls (outside of RIKEN) are not possible. Independent phones are recommended (Smartphones, iPhones, etc.)

    Free LAN cable is available.
    WiFi services (fee-based) must be arranged individually.
