RIKEN SPring-8 Center Physical and Chemical Research Infrastructure Group
Group Director: Makina Yabashi (D.Eng.)
Research Summary
We develop new instruments/methods and novel science so as to exploit capabilities of brilliant synchrotron radiation at seven RIKEN beamlines for physics and chemistry (BL05XU, BL17SU, BL19LXU, BL29XU, BL32B2, BL36XU, BL44B2). Furthermore, the technologies developed here will be utilized for promoting upgrades of the whole SPring-8 beamlines that connects SPring-8-II, the next-generation, ultrabrilliant synchrotron source.
