研究概要
現代の機械学習技術は、驚くべき成功を収めていますが、大量の高品質なデータ、大規模な学習モデル、および高い計算能力が必要であり、それによってよくトレーニングされたモデルの信頼性や解釈可能性の欠如も引き起こされます。当チームでは、行列の一般化であるテンソルを基盤とした、テンソル分解、多重線形潜在変数モデル、テンソル回帰・分類、テンソルネットワーク、ベイズテンソル学習、深層テンソル学習などの機械学習技術の研究をしています。我々の目標は、高次元のテンソルや大規模な潜在空間に対して、革新的で拡張性のある効率的な機械学習アルゴリズムを開発することです。アルゴリズム開発とともに、コンピュータビジョンや脳データ解析への応用研究も推進します。
